At Toybox, we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible! Most orders within the UAE are delivered within 2-3 days after placement.

Same-Day Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available for Dubai orders placed before 12 PM.
• Delivery will be completed within 4 hours upon request.
• AED 25 charge applies for same-day delivery.

Delivery Charges in the UAE

• Free Shipping: Available for orders above AED 250.
• AED 20 Delivery Fee: Applies to orders below AED 250.

Extended Delivery Times

For select products, delivery may take up to 8 days.

International Shipping

• International orders are shipped via FedEx.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Customs and import clearance charges are not included and must be paid upon delivery.
